What is the result of worry? Typically nothing. Zip, zilch, nada! Not only do we not gain anything we actually lose time, life experiences and peace of mind. How often have you worried about a particular outcome only to come to the following realizations: "I didn't even need to worry because everything worked out just fine. All that worrying for nothing!"
I urge you to spend your time wondering rather than worrying. Here's the difference:
1. What are you worried about?
E.g. I fear I won't make enough money this month.
2. How does this worry make you feel in your body?
E.g. Stressed, tense, racing heart, scatterbrained
3. Turn your WORRY into WONDER and ponder your new thought.
E.g. I wonder how I can generate financial abundance.
4. Notice the shift this new thought creates in your body. How do you feel?
E.g. Expansive, open, excited to come up with new solutions
