Janelle obtained her professional coaching training from Duquesne University School of Leadership and Advancement which is accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). 
                                                                 
She earned a master's degree in Counseling Education from a CACREP accredited counseling program at California University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors and a Presidential Scholar award.  During her graduate work, she held a graduate assistantship position in the Counseling Department and was the President of the Student Counseling Association.

Janelle is currently a member of the Pennsylvania School Counselor Association (PSCA) and recently presented "Nourishment for Kids: The Lunchbox Toolkit - Skills for Healthy Living" at the PSCA 2011 annual conference.

Living my life purpose

I believe nothing is more important than helping my students and coaching clients become the best they can be, both academically and personally.  I am a listening ear, a caring heart, a source of positivity and a strengths finder!  Over the past 7 years, I have devoted myself to the helping profession.  I am living my life purpose of helping others achieve personal and professional success as they work towards becoming their BEST SELF!



I have found great joy and fulfillment in doing my life's work.  Each time a perspective is changed, a life lesson learned, a child's smile  widened, I know I have made a difference and that is a truly gratifying, yet humbling feeling.
