Welcome to New Heights Coaching!  

New Heights Coaching offers coaching services for adults AND children, teens and young adults.  

While coaching is most widely known for its effectiveness with adults, I have found that it has a dramatic impact no matter what your age.  From kindergarden to established adults, I have seen enormous amounts of client growth and improvement due to coaching.

Most of my coaching is done via phone for adults, young adults and teens, while Skype has proven to be a great option for children. Face-to-face coaching is available in the Pittsburgh, PA area.  

It is my mission to empower people to love themselves, believe in their strengths and reach for the sky!   Helping them navigate through obstacles and challenges and come out on the other end STRONGER, more CONFIDENT and more AWARE of their unique skills and abilities.  

New Heights Coaching is an expression of my genuine desire to help others live their best lives.  It has been built with love and enthusiasm.
